3. Crisis Situations

EvenKeel is not designed to handle crisis situations. If you are experiencing thoughts of suicide or self-harm, please immediately contact:

4. User Responsibilities

By using EvenKeel, you agree to:

5. AI Features

EvenKeel offers optional AI-powered features. These features are designed to provide supportive suggestions and educational content. AI features:

  • Do not provide medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations
  • Are disabled by default and can be toggled in settings
  • Include safety guardrails to prevent harmful content
  • Should not be relied upon for crisis intervention

6. Limitation of Liability

EvenKeel and its creators are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service. This includes, but is not limited to, any health outcomes, emotional distress, or decisions made based on the tools and information provided.
